Refund policy

Due to sanitary concerns, Kids and Kreatures does not offer any exchanges, or returns.  Refunds will not be issued, as each item is created on a made to order basis. If the product arrives defective, please contact us at support@kidsandkreatures.com within 3 business days of delivery so that the item can be re-issued/ replaced if requirements are met. Discretion will be left up to the seller. If you feel you feel the need to contact us regarding a concern pertaining to your order, please contact us at support@kidsandkreatures.com.
