Shipping policy

The owner/seller is not responsible for any packages once the items have been shipped from our facility. The owner/seller is not responsible for replacing or refunding stolen or missing packages. Large purchases will be required to provide a signature to the mail carrier upon receipt of the package. Should a package arrive damaged due to mistreatment by the mail provider, customers should contact their mail carrier and file a complaint. Additionally, each individual item purchased is made to order so turn around times may take approximately two weeks from shipment date. If for some reason your items will take longer to make, you will be contacted by the shop owner. 

Regarding International Orders

The owner/seller is not responsible for international taxes/duties on international orders. This means that the buyer may have to pay these dues upon package delivery. Please note, this business is located within the United States.
